This site was designed and validated as World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) HTML 4.01/Transitional and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) compliant. W3C recommendations have been incorporated to a great extent into the newer browsers, including Netscape 4.7x and newer and Internet Explorer 5x and newer for both the Macintosh and Windows platforms. Earlier versions of these browsers may not have fully incorporated support for HTML 4.01 or CSS. The site underwent a major redesign of its menu navigation system in September 2005 to streamline the process of future site additions. The site is now optimized for screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 or higher (though the site is useable down to 800 x 600 at full screen). Javascript and DHTML is used in providing site navigation. If you are using an older browser, page rendering may be slightly degraded - however, the site should degrade nicely back through level 4 browsers and is still fully navigable by text-only browsers.
