The mission of the Erie County Sheriff's Office is to fulfill our obligation to the citizens of Erie County by providing services and programs which maintain safety and provide education for all who live in the community.

In the performance of this mission, one forged with pride, our deputies and department personnel uphold all statutory and constitutional standards of the office and work with all law enforcement officials within Erie County in order to provide a safer environment for the citizens we serve.
